Are you an experienced manager in product marketing who is passionate about financial services that empower businesses to engage with Amazon? The Amazon Business Payments team provides net terms/invoicing, working capital and bank based payments solutions to Amazon Business customers across Amazon. We are part of the global Amazon Payments organization, who aims to delight our customers by building payment experiences and financial services that are trusted, valued and easy to use from anywhere in any way.
We are looking for an experienced manager who will lead a team of product marketers to help grow adoption of our portfolio of Amazon Business Payments solutions including our flagship Pay by Invoice solution for Small Business customers. You and your team will be responsible for the defining the vision and comprehensive product marketing strategy across the lifecycle of our payment products from acquisition to engagement. You will lead a team in developing and launching scaled self-serve marketing initiatives reaching out to customers at the right time in their journey, combining a science-based and data driven approach with creativity.
You will collaborate across our diverse stakeholder groups to influence the development of product/features that will meet our customers' needs. You will also be responsible for defining strategic marketing goals, as well as metrics to measure the team's progress and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing leader who can think strategically, look at the business analytically, and execute flawlessly. To be successful you’ll need to be an effective thought leader and a strong communicator who can influence and earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams, and coach your team to do the same. You also need to have the ability to be agile, and help your team manage milestones and priorities in a fluid, fast-moving environment—while communicating with and leading senior stakeholders through your progress. Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience managing teams
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries
