Coaching and Supervision:Set goals for performance and deadlines for subordinatesOrganize workflows and ensure that ETL engineers understand their duties or delegated tasksMonitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coachingDevelopment and Design:Develop ETL programs for complex dimensional data models within modern data platforms such as AWS Aurora Postgres, Snowflake, etc.Interpret and devise data mapping documentsDesign and automate ETL solutions for data cleansing, preparation, data validation and related processesAdaptation and Maintenance:Adapt ETL programs to evolving data models and business needsAdapt ETL programs in response to data quality assurance findingsCommunication and Collaboration:Partner with key stakeholders including enterprise data architect, subject matter experts (SMEs), data modelers, and teammatesGuide complex technical projects, enabling effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholdersOther duties as assigned
