UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN Healthcare Contracts Officer in Austin, Texas
Review, revise and draft contracts as well as other agreements or documents and making changes to agreements in order to comply with University Rules, which include the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, the rules and policies of The University of Texas System, and the rules and policies of The University of Texas at Austin, as well as State of Texas and federal laws. Working with Dell Medical personnel and University personnel in order to complete the contract process.Correspond with vendors and Dell Medical personnel at The University of Texas at Austin, including explaining effects of provisions and clauses, risks associated with clauses, and the legal effect of clauses.Perform administrative tasks including: routing, distributing, storing, and reporting in regards to contracts.Review and resolve contract related issues, ensuring that Dell Medical departments comply with contract and procurement laws, and helping to educate Dell Medical employees about procurement and contracts.Other related duties as assigned.
