DivaDance HQ is hiring a Franchise Operations & Technology Manager to join our corporate team in Austin, TX!

THE GIG:
Provide operational and technical leadership and support for current and launching franchisees, and Franchise Success & Operations Team with the goals of efficiency, sustainability, scalability, profitability, and overall champagne-quality franchise owner experience.
Ideal Technical Expertise: Experience with or confidence in learning Zapier, Wordpress, AirTable, Mindbody, Slack, various Content Management and Learning Management Systems, and new/emerging AI and technology platforms as needed.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for operational excellence and efficiency for new & existing franchise locations
Oversee the development and utilization of tools and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency, including creating and maximizing automations.
Draft and maintain clear, detailed documentation for franchise processes and operational standards. Ensure all resources are up-to-date and accessible to franchisees.
Develop and organize training materials to support franchisees in onboarding to the brand, and to new systems and processes.
Assist franchisees, through ticketing system and Slack support channels, with problem-solving, and troubleshooting operational challenges.
Support operational and technical aspects of the new franchise set-up process.
Responsible for franchise compliance
Monitor franchisee compliance with company policies, procedures, reporting and legal requirements.
Assist with studio selection and compliance process.
Responsible for franchise data dashboard
Monitor and analyze operational metrics and franchisee performance, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
Responsible for supporting Chief Community Officer with Project Management for Franchise Success & Operations
Travel & Location Requirements: This role is based in Austin, TX and will require travel 2-4 times annually for training, planning, events with franchisees, and the annual conference.
Compensation
Full-time/W2 with base compensation plus incentive structure
50% of employee medical benefits paid + option for dental/vision coverage (100% paid for by employee)
