Establish an enterprise program delivery function.Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, mitigate, and respond to risks and issues to strategic initiatives.Ensure robust contingency planning and proactive problem-solving to address challenges.Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track project progress, outcomes, and impact.Build strategy and programs to ensure a world-class patient-centered approach to integration of outpatient, inpatient, virtual and community care.Develop and maintain strong relationships with ?key stakeholders to ensure a systematic, synchronized approach across all major programs e.g., new hospital, clinical practice development, electronic health record, etc.Oversee regular reporting to executive leadership to facilitate transparent and effective communication with key stakeholders to achieve program success.Build and mentor a high-performing team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of excellence, service, accountability, and continuous improvement.Other related duties as assigned.
