Key Qualifications

  • Experience successfully completing/delivering projects using an Agile methodology.

  • High ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on leader to drive quality across the project; in usability and experience from requirements, technical design reviews, testing and more.

  • The position requires a hands-on, get-the-job-done, positive attitude.

  • Drive technical aspects of interactive web projects, internal systems and supporting processes.

  • Hands on experience with design and development of highly available, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems.

  • Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and have sharp troubleshooting skills.

  • Passion for quality and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with rapid development cycles and tight schedules.

  • Ability to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, documentation, and presentation skills.

Description

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Engineering Project Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail on par with Apple’s high standards, coupled with a deep technical understanding of building scalable, transactional web applications and the ability to translate business process needs to functional and technical requirements. The candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, be a pro-active solution-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. Finally, outstanding project management skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of influencing and collaborating across the organization are key qualities required to excel in this role.

Education & Experience

BS in Computer Science related field or 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent
