What you’ll do:
Be a leader of leaders; you will drive daily activities of a national account executive team.
You will be both a player and coach; contributing to long term strategies and business objectives.
Manage portfolios of large scale subscription customer to achieve monthly sales goals.
Maintain existing relationships and generate new revenue by upselling new and existing products.
Generate new enterprise-level relationships by selling emergent products and existing products to prospective customers.
Collaborate with revenue operations and sales leadership to develop sales strategies.
Serve as the main point of contact and expert for customers with complex and developing needs.
Own the renewal process for customer in the strategic accounts books of business.
Drives alignment, consistency, cohesiveness in people practices, team management and revenue to achieve department and company goals.
Effectively guide and grow an innovative workforce by establishing goals and creating a culture where employees strive to provide a best in class customer experience.
Provide reporting and assessment on national account executive performance and development, and achievement as needed.
Proactively identify opportunities for corrective action and counsel, discipline, and/or administration of warnings to staff when adherence to policy and quality are not met.
Leading and implementing change management initiatives, keeping in compliance with industry regulatory practices and departmental rules and policies. Recommendations for updating departments standard operating procedure (SOP) documents.
Partner with HR & Recruiting to assist in the hiring, coaching, training and development of the staff and any necessary disciplinary action.
Collaborate with the Learning and Development staff to facilitate a successful transition from training to production.
Business Travel expected 50% or more of the time. Travel required to meet face to face with some of the top customers segments either at their offices or at Trade Shows.

What you’ll bring:
Minimum of 5 years management experience in sales and marketing experience with a proven track record in sales and managing sales funnels and pipelines.
Bachelor’s degree Preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience working with and selling to large accounts while delivering top notch customer service.
Experience in multiple selling situations and interfacing directly with senior decision-making clients.
Direct experience building and developing a leadership team.
Experience tracking, measuring and holding teams accountable to defined KPI's.
Ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to work and influence decisions cross functionally and within Sr. leadership.
Ability to be a self-starter and utilize proactive approach to achieve results.
Superior time management and prioritization in an atmosphere of multiple, shifting priorities and deadline pressures.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Flexible schedule and strong sense of urgency.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of, and or previous experience with Microsoft office, & G-suite (Gmail, Google calendar, Docs etc.).

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect in the listed locations. We tailor our offers based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process. All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market.
Salary Range for select office locations
California $150,000.00 - $210,000.00
Pay-for-performance is a key element in our strategy to attract, engage, and motivate talented people to do their best work. Accordingly, offers extended for this role will include an annual bonus target typically expressed as percentage of salary. Similarly to salary, annual incentive bonus targets are set based on a variety of factors including job level, competitive market practice, experience, tenure, and essential skills.
