Collaborate with the TG team to manage calendars, travel arrangements, reimbursements, and confidential information, ensuring the AVP/EDs goals are supported. This includes portfolio development and identifying operational needs to streamline processes and programs.Oversee logistical and scheduling details, communicating effectively with all stakeholders and serving as a liaison with the events team to coordinate key meeting times and day-of plans.Assist at special functions as needed, including greeting guests, coordinating registration, and ensuring all attendees receive name tags.Development Specialists may be responsible for managing schedules, planning trips, arranging travel, and submitting travel and entertainment reimbursements.Support team functions by recording contact reports, conducting prospect and donor research, carrying out donor stewardship projects, and facilitating internal team operations.Identify creative ways to engage donors and address Development needs as they arise, including researching and resolving internal or external questions related to stewardship plans.Research and resolve inquiries pertaining to transformational donor stewardship.Serve as a liaison with Donor Relations to ensure stewardship initiatives are efficiently planned and executed, while maintaining compliance with university, foundation, and federal regulations.Assist with or oversee constituent relations processes, events, communications, and other related activities as requested.
