Accurately and efficiently process all philanthropic and in-kind gifts made to Dell Medical School.Ensure timely gift receipt processing in partnership with the central development officeWorking closely with the stewardship and donor relations team on gift acknowledgementsOversee the establishment of endowments and work in partnership with the stewardship and donor relations team on endowment compliance. Manage all gift reports for the Director for Development Strategy and Prospect Research and the Development Leadership Team.Regularly update and maintain all campaign reports and dashboards for the development team.Work with the stewardship and donor relations team to encourage gift spending according to donor intent.Perform regular database analysis and prospect maintenance to ensure the CRM reflects real-time, accurate data in partnership with gift officers and development associates.Assist with maintaining and evaluating grateful patient prospect data in partnership with the Associate Director for Prospect ResearchAssist with research matrices, prospect identification projects, and similar projects as assignOther related functions as assigned.
