Job Description
The Sr Manager, Digital Product Management will primarily support the Schwab Communications Management Portal and will work within a matrixed organization of marketing stakeholders, product, and technology owners, and business partners to achieve shared objectives of streamlining our overall communication architecture while also driving increased scale and efficiency. This role will be responsible for leading the strategy on the platform and product, manage communication on all products and projects, work closely with stakeholders and business partners to remove blockers, manage schedules, manage SOW, and manage the budget for LOB. This individual will schedule and manage meetings with stakeholders and business partners and will create and manage a project management dashboard, create and manage presentation decks to influence stakeholders and leadership for future state, and meet regularly with scrum teams, marketing partners, and technical audiences to meet the needs of our customers.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years platform management experience
Distributed communications platform management background (Slack, Twilio, Telegram, WhatsApp Business, Vonage Communications, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Discord, etc)
Demonstrated experience managing large budget, procurement systems, working with high-level stakeholders
Financial industry
Onsite 4 days a week - Austin, TX (3 days/week after the first 30 days)
Pay Rate 40-50/hour null
