The Opportunity

Our location in Austin, TX currently has an opportunity for an Associate Product Manager to join our Cardiac Rhythm Marketing team.

Abbott Cardiac Rhythm Management Marketing is looking for a strong leader that wants to make a difference in the newly formed USA Marketing team.

What You'll Work on

  • Responsible for the development of specific marketing plans and the tactical execution of activities for specific market segments or products to establish, enhance or distinguish placement within the competitive arena.

  • Assist in developing, recommending and implementing sales and marketing programs and materials

  • Understand relative priorities for the development of new products and product enhancements by defining customer needs and working with internal customers;

  • Understand strategic and financial implications of project(s) / product(s) on the overall budget

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of customer needs and industry dynamics to assigned product(s) / project(s)

  • Participate on cross-functional teams in support of organizational goals

  • Travel up to 20% of the time primarily domestically by any means necessary to support organizational goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required;

  • Requires 2+ years of experience with or exposure to sales and/or marketing in the following areas: healthcare, medical devices, or medical diagnostics to develop the competence required to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position

Preferred Qualifications

  • advanced degree (such as a Master's degree or MBA) is desire Minimum

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
