Lead Center OperationsSupervise all Center staff, including student staffManage Center budget and program endowment budgetsCollect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure effectiveness of the Centers activities; communicate findingsAssist Center Director with identifying new programming opportunities and manage new program development and implementationManage the operational aspects of the Forty Acres Founders Pre-Accelerator Program, including managing participant recruitment and selection, hiring and managing student assistants, recruiting and assigning mentors, assigning participants to endowed seats, coordinating class sessions and cohort networking events, interfacing with student participants, managing guest speaker visits, creating and liaising with judging panels, and managing the end-of-program pitch competition.Lead relations with internal and external stakeholdersManage relations with Advisory Board members, including onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, and twice-yearly Board meetingsAssist the Director in fundraising efforts in conjunction with UT and McCombs Development and External Relations OfficesAssist the Director with the management of donor and corporate relationsDevelop and maintain relationships with, and coordinate regular meetings with, relevant Centers and initiatives at the McCombs School of Business and The University of Texas at AustinRepresent and promote the Center at various events and meetingsLead Programs and EventsPlan and execute the Centers annual Freed Family Pitch Competition, including managing participant recruitment and selection, creating and liaising with judging panels, managing the judging process in all rounds of the competition, communicating and liaising with participants and judges, and managing pitch competition and networking reception logisticsPlan and execute events as assigned by the Director, ensuring planning is within budgetCoordinate and execute the Centers programs and offeringsDevelop and implement initiatives to increase the Centers reach and impactCollaborate with faculty to plan and manage logistics of the Centers annual Austin Technology and Entrepreneurship ConferenceOther duties as assigned
