Job Title: Accounting Assistant IIIJob Description
Accounting Assistants are tasked with managing assigned vendor accounts and maintaining efficient A/P relationships. Responsibilities include EDI invoice troublebox maintenance, credit memo review and research, creation of shortage and/or pricing claims, acquiring vendor statements and conducting final reconciliations. Additionally, the role requires responding to vendor calls and emails, acquiring proof of delivery, and maintaining a 48-hour turnaround on active invoice issues. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to prioritize changing responsibilities effectively.
