What You Will Be Doing:
The Lead Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving our construction equipment sales by harnessing the power of data and analytics. By analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and historical sales data, you will provide actionable insights that directly impact revenue growth. Your expertise will guide strategic decisions, optimize sales processes, and enhance our competitive edge in the industry. Additionally, you will actively seek opportunities to automate manual tasks within Excel, leveraging tools such as VBA macros or Python scripts to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Position requires daily office presence (5 days a week) at the listed location and no relocation assistance is provided.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to sales performance.
Analyze historical sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Develop predictive models to forecast demand, inventory levels, and customer preferences.
Create actionable insights by visualizing data through PowerBI dashboards and reports.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with targeted campaigns.
Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, product bundling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
Additional duties as assigned by manager.

A strong understanding of sales processes and the construction equipment industry is required for this position as well.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on sales analytics.
Proven track record of driving sales growth through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Strong understanding of sales processes and the construction equipment industry.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for sales teams.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
Adept at presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
