Actalent Project Architect in Aurora, Illinois
Job Title: Project ArchitectResponsibilities
Work throughout all project phases from conceptual design to construction administration
Create detailed plans and specifications, including floor plans and elevations
Produce full sets of construction documents in Revit
Communicate with clients, consultants, and general contractors
Attend and lead client meetings
Oversee construction processes
Essential Skills
Experience producing full sets of construction documents in Revit
Experience leading construction administration
Expertise in architectural design, schematic design, construction drawings, and design development
Strong project management skills
Accredited Degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect
10+ years of relevant experience
Applicable project experience within municipal or education sectors
