Job Duties:

• Bi-weekly payroll including special bonus payroll cycles

• Partner with Benefits team members to ensure timely and accurate 401(k) funding and plan compliance

• Assist team members in the completion of unemployment claim responses.

• Partner with Benefits team members on annual 401(k) audit

• Accurate W2, W3, 1095, state and local payroll tax filings.

• Partner with the Accounting Department to reconcile general ledger

• Registering new state and local payroll tax accounts

Requirements

Requirements:

• Associates degree is required.

• Experience with payroll (At least 3-5 years' experience)

• Experience with the pay cycles.
