Insight Global Hybrid Marketing Category Manager in Aurora, Illinois
Job Description
An employer is looking for a highly skilled marketing category manager to join one of our largest national clients for a hybrid opportunity. This team has a location in Aurora, IL and goes on site 3 days/week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) therefore you must live within a commutable distance to Aurora to be successful on this team. Currently this role is listed as a 9 month contract opportunity, with the possibility of you being extended or converted to a full time employee depending on performance and 2025 budgets. In this role you'll support this clients comfort + air division, and work to create marketing campaigns for products associated with this division. This includes all HVAC products, mainly thermostats.
Responsibilities:
-Support the strategy and manages the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include supporting campaign messaging and management, collaboration on post-campaign analytics/reporting and recommendations for optimization.
-Manage ecommerce as it relates to content optimizations and improvements to drive online revenue growth for the brand, using insights and analytics to propel continued growth.
-Support the team in day-to-day communication with marketing agencies, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables for new launches and campaigns.
Manage social media accounts, supports the development of content calendars, implements and execute ads and provides monthly social reports.
-Support email marketing strategy as it relates to messaging and execution with cross functional teams to ensure consistency with the overall brand campaigns.
-Supports ESG efforts as it relates to amplification of the products and messaging.
-Support management and brand messaging for creative requests as it relates to coordination with Channel Marketing and our retailers.
-Support Channel Marketing and retail sales to help build and manage a holistic digital strategy for each account as it relates to content and key marketing campaigns/tent pole events.
-Build Digital Asset Management tool to ensure assets are stored, updated and reflects the brand for cross functional usage.
-Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, working closely to capture and consider inputs while driving alignment, consensus, and the final strategic, creative results.
-Advocate and support a best-in-class brand experience across all marketing touchpoint, including online and in-store.

Skills and Requirements
-5-8 years of experience within Marketing with a focus on marketing communications, digital strategies, and go-to-market planning & execution or 5+ years of experience with a specialized degree or certification.
-Exceptional knowledge of marketing communications and digital best practices.
-Experience with Amazon from an e-commerce perspective, including the platform, placement and product performance.
-B2B2C Experience -Relevant industry experience (home and connected product manufacturing and/or HVAC industry). null
