Job Overview
This position is responsible for full performance complex work supporting information technology application(s) through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining and providing ongoing optimization and support. Duties include providing front line support to end users through analyzing and diagnosing problems and determining a solution. This position may perform lead work over lower level staff. Potential Specialty Areas: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, Lightning, SOQL
Additional Information
Department: Business Applications Services Hours per week: 40, eligible for benefits Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, work hours may vary based on the needs of the department. This role may require on-call rotation. *This position has potential to be fully remote if applicant is located within CHCO hiring region.
Qualifications
EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree is required. EXPERIENCE - Minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required. EQUIVALENCY - Combination of post-high school education, job related certification, and/or related experience equivalent to nine (9) years may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements. Previous experience with Marketing Cloud, Datorama/MCI Background in Marketing and workflows/processes Ideal applicant has Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud certifications Salesforce Administrator/Developer certification also preferred.
Responsibilities
POPULATION SPECIFIC CARE No direct patient care. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Possible Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst Essential Functions Oversee the performance and integrity of the Salesforce platform and integrations with 3rd party systems. Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups. Importing new contacts, leads and other data into the Salesforce platform. Manage both Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments. Integrate Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud together while ensuring data integrity.

Gathers, validates, and translates complex technological requirements into design and development specification while providing product management.
