Job Overview

The Operations Program Manager develops, implements, and manages programs and/or initiatives for a department or division. The Program Manager ensures seamless team and resource management, program delivery, quality control and evaluation

Additional Information

Department Name: Clinical Application Services Hours per Week: 40, eligible for benefits Shift: Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Work hours may vary based on the needs of the department. This role may require some weekend commitments. *This is a hybrid position.

Qualifications

EDUCATION - A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Business Administration or related field. EXPERIENCE - Three years of progressively responsible experience coordinating, implementing, and developing programs. EQUIVALENCY - Professional experience, beyond requirements, in a related field may substitute for a Bachelor degree requirement on a year for year basis Previous experience in health care setting is preferred. Develops, implements, manages and evaluates programs or initiatives from inception to completion in accordance with department, divisional and organizational goals and objectives. Develops short and long term plans, strategies, and goals for programs; monitors progress; assures adherence; and evaluates performance. Designs performance objectives; and implements, monitors, and adjusts programming to meet desired outcomes. Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service stan ards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change. Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions. Develops communication strategies; provides updates to internal and external stakeholders; and compiles data and prepares reports and presentations. Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of programs, projects, or initiatives. Creates and maintains comprehensive program documentation.
