Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
State of Colorado Certified Physician Assistant or Inclusion on the State of Colorado Advanced Practice Registry as an Advance Practice Nurse or
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants or certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
Experience working independently as an advanced practice provider
ACLS Certified
Preferred Qualifications:
Three years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in ambulatory or inpatient management of cardiology patients
Cardiology experience is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including physicians, leadership, and staff within the various affiliate organizations (UCH, Children's Colorado, CU Medicine, CU SOM).
Ability to work within large, complex healthcare systems.
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Ability to compile complex reports and develop presentations.
Ability to compose letters and memorandums.
Ability to deal calmly and courteously with people.
Ability to deal with stressful situations.
Ability to finish tasks promptly.

The starting salary range () for this position has been established as $90,000 to $130,000 The above salary range () represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
