Minimum Qualifications:

Senior Professional

  • A bachelor's degree in public administration, public policy, business, higher education administration, social sciences, behavioral sciences or a directly related field from an accredited institution.

  • 2 years of professional level experience in human resources, faculty affairs, or related position in higher education.

Principal Professional

  • A bachelor's degree in public administration, public policy, business, higher education administration, social sciences, behavioral sciences or a directly related field from an accredited institution

  • 3+ years of professional level experience working in human resources, faculty affairs, or another related position in higher education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Peoplesoft and CU Careers Experience

  • Workflow management experience through Smartsheet, Docusign and other related tools

  • Knowledge of CU and CU Medicine policies and procedures related to human resource management.

The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Program are home to more than 350 faculty (volunteer or paid), staff and students. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for managing the human resources function of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, appointments, leave reporting, transaction management, and employee performance management. The position will need to navigate the complexities of a complex academic medical center and multiple systems in order to successfully manage and execute responsibilities.

Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 10 days per month on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as Principal: $59,073 – 75,141 Senior: 51,368 – 65,340 The above salary range () represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
