The Opportunity:

CACI seeks a Junior FISINT Signal Analyst to join our C-UAS Division, within the US Operations Sector. We enable national security missions through creation and delivery of innovative, technology-centric solutions that provide decision advantage to our customers. This position is located at the CACI SCIF in Aurora, Colorado and acts as the C-UxS knowledge manager and collection opportunity facilitator representing the interests and capabilities of the US Navy through optimization of Tactical Collection platforms. This position bolsters national and tactical assets through technical development of Navy personnel and deployed element support by providing expertise and systems improvements through analytical findings. The successful candidate will support C-UxS collection operations, communicate intelligence context, and perform internal signals analysis using FISVistas and m2extra to enhance C-UxS awareness and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 shift operations coverage with comprehensive worldwide field and sustainment-level maintenance support

  • Manage Signal Library for C-UxS tactical collection systems.

  • Provide enhancements and augmentations in accordance with real world changes.

  • Perform tasking collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination capabilities support

  • Provide intelligence solutions capabilities that rapidly make all data available for reporting and analytics for PORs, QRCs, and prototypes.

  • Perform analysis at various levels to determine parametric characterizations, functions, and applications of electronic emissions, as well as to correlate and report on electronic emissions as pertains to the scope and purpose of observed activities.

  • Identify and/or develop collaborative automated tools to support multi-intelligence signal exploitation in accordance with Intelligence Community guidelines

  • Ensure proper collection postures on 24/7 basis for scheduled and ad hoc tasking; to include verifying timeliness and customer satisfaction with automated dataflow processes

  • Provide technical counsel to deployed elements and when operators are authorized remotely control collection systems

  • Generate and capture feedback from tactical users to assist development efforts for tactical sensors and user interfaces

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and up to 4 years of experience, OR no degrees with at least 4-8 years of experience

  • Experience in the use of DoD operational mission systems

  • United States Citizen

  • TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph

  • Experience with demodulation of signals of interest

  • Experience with internals analysis of signals of interest

Desired:

  • Graduate of SIGE2810/3810/4810/450/451/452 considered beneficial.

  • Military experience as a 35S, 1N2C, 2621 or CTR

  • Experience with FISINT internals analysis

  • Experience using m2extra and FISVistas/SurveyPlotter

  • Experience with C-UxS support and analysis

  • Experience providing briefings to senior company officers and customersSalary Range for this Position is $115,000 - $135,000 USD

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
