As a Business Management Analyst - Level 2 or 3 (Principal) , your role at Aurora, CO will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. Our Business Management Analyst is responsible for month-end accounting close activities and financial reporting for the Business Unit. You will be a vital resource for program resource management, which includes, but is not limited to, cost estimation, allocation, tracking and analysis. You will also be responsible for cash management activities to ensure timely invoicing and collections of monies owed.
This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or 3.
Your Role and Impact:
Assist and prepare monthly IF / Forecast actions and discussions
Assist and prepare quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)
Assist with the development and reporting of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the respective Business Unit
Prepare and present financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise - Required Qualifications:
Level 2: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree
Level 3 (Principal: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Analytical or financial experience
MS Office experience that includes Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, chart generations, etc.)
Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application
Your Preferred Edge:
Cost management, financial management, pricing and estimating or contracts experience
Financial reporting experience
Experience working in a regulated industry, such as Aerospace & Defense, Insurance or Financial Services
SAP ERP 1 or Cognos TM1 financial forecasting system experience
Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

Salary Range: $73,900 - $110,900
Salary Range 2: $91,200 - $136,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
