We make real what matters. This is your role:
• Do assembly of AIS CB as per SOP & HIRA for new product and existing product.
• Keep the stock of development components of R&D
• Maintain basic 5S at your R&D work area.
• Understand the arrangement of SF6 Gas handling equipment’s.
• Maintain a quality of culture for defect free assembly new prototype for development / Type testing.
• Maintain good coordination with other functions like Purchase, Production, Testing & Quality
• Follow basic rule of assembly with proper process and maintain regular housekeeping of R&D test area
• Participation in programs of Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous improvement, compliance, and corporate governance, EHS etc.
• Documentation & record problems, Finding RCA and take CA on problem to avoid recurrence.
• Do troubleshooting of testing failed AIS new and existing product.
• Completes testing and troubleshooting in a variety of R&D tasks.
• Gathers, records and maintains technical R&D specific information.
• Dispatch of the material to testing laboratory, supplier, and other parties and keep record of them
• You should have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing of AIS product & new prototype.
• Understand & reading of manufacturing and assembly drawing.
• Basic knowledge of High Voltage switchgear and substation components.
• Good team player and curious learner
• English Language – Candidate must have professional written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills to communicate and interact effectively
• Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)– Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Lean Manufacturing – Basic knowledge of lean principles
• Must possess strong digital literacy with self-directed learning of applications –MS office applications.
• Candidate willingness to travel to supplier and test laboratory.
