The BuildingMaintenance Technicianposition inHallowell, Maineis responsible for detailed cleaning of apartment buildings, electrical maintenance, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Youll have a solid understanding of basic janitorial duties and cleaning. This is a full time, firstshift position.
Maintenance TechnicianQualifications:
High School Graduate
1+ Years of Maintenance and Janitorial Experience
Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds, bend/lift/twist, stand for full duration of shift
Must have reliable transportation

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: \$18 -\$20+/HR DOE
