Pay: $30.72 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, 32 hours/week

Duties:
• Analyzing and reconciling lease escalation packages to ensure compliance with lease terms
• Matching invoices to verified amounts and presenting completed escalation summaries for payment processing
• Saving and uploading records accurately and promptly
• Collaborating with the team to ensure all reconciliations are completed efficiently
Requirements:
• Understanding of lease agreements and experience with lease management software
• Computer skills, with strong Microsoft Excel experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
