Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves general facilities maintenance and handyman duties, including basic HVAC repairs, plumbing, and electrical repairs. You will be responsible for tasks such as replacing toilets, lightbulbs, lighting ballasts, as well as performing minor carpentry and painting. Experience in residential or apartment facilities maintenance is highly transferable to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general facilities maintenance tasks.

  • Handle handyman duties including basic HVAC repairs, plumbing, and electrical repairs.

  • Replace toilets, lightbulbs, and lighting ballasts.

  • Conduct minor carpentry and painting work.

  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.

Work Environment

This position operates during the 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday. You will be working in a dynamic environment where safety and efficiency are paramount, using a variety of tools and equipment to complete your tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of NA, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
