$15 to $18 hr

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Permanent Position with introductory period

Job Description

  • Supply and manage office equipment and materials.

  • Schedule meetings and arrange lunches.

  • Assist in onboarding documentation for new hires to include, I-9 verification, submitting background & drug screenings, filing and routing new hire paperwork.

  • Ensure third party vendor sites are current. (ISNET, Browz, Ariba)

  • Assist new business director with vendor set up and MSA/NDA filing.

  • Other tasks as requested by management.

  • Project Assistant

  • Set up project folders for new projects.

  • Receive, route, store and archive all incoming and outgoing project documentation in accordance with the structure and guidance provided by management.

  • Control the retrieval of documents. Receive and process transmittals/submittals/RFI’s, log, route, while ensuring accuracy.

  • Assist project managers develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items.


  • Experience working with electronic spreadsheets and database software, especially Excel

  • Well organized and responsive in all communications including clear, concise e-mails, written reports, and friendly, professional telephone etiquette

  • Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel. SharePoint and Bluebeam experience recommended.

  • Preferred knowledge of scanning and plotting documents and drawings
