Title: Field Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Position responsible for managing an assigned geographic region to ensure the delivery of on-site field services to customers. These may include reactive break-fix or planned installation, upgrade and/or other project activities.
The Field Operations Manager as a people manager is responsible for a team of field engineers, including the hiring, development of employees, promotions teamwork, and fostering open and effective communications
Execute the performance management process including evaluating performance, establishing performance goals, coaching performance and implementing effective development plans
Establishing performance goals, and coaching and evaluating performance
Responsible for consistent proactive and reactive technical responses to customers, ensuring prompt resolution of problems throughout the region
Responsible for on-time delivery of Deployment Services
Responsible for meeting assigned financial objectives
The Field Operations Manager must work effectively with other NCR Voyix Services organizations as well as individuals in other functions.
Lead the management of maintenance contracts, including service-level agreements, subcontracting, and exception conversions
Lead the management of Suppliers in region to ensure Quality, SOW and Service level agreements are met
Ensure all metrics are achieved within the region for all customers
Ensure customer satisfaction for all accounts within the region by maintaining enduring relationships with customers
Address all service concerns of the customer base within the region
Responsible for ensuring systems are updated with availability, capability and other information required to ensure effective delivery to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics.
Assists the sales organization pertaining to all services issues
Establish and foster networks and relationships at all levels.
Motivate through recognition and reward.
Provide encouragement, motivation, and support to the workforce through timely and effective communications
Understands basic principles of change management and applies appropriately to prepare, introduce and manage change within the organization
Must demonstrate strong business leadership skills, particularly in strategic thinking business environment
Establish and adhere to service business practices on a cost or P&L basis; Using sound financial and economic principles for establishing and tracking profitable practices
Basic Qualifications:
10-12+ years of related experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline OR the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
Proficient in English and Local Language in area of responsibility
Proven track record of successful leadership
Experience managing remote/ field employees
Financial/ business operations acumen and ability to manage a P&L
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Lean/ Six Sigma certification or completed training is highly preferred
