THE OPPORTUNITY

In this hybrid role you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team while simultaneously contributing to our marketing efforts. Providing you with an exciting mix of administrative responsibilities and marketing initiative in a diverse and stimulating environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements and correspondence.
Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of marketing content and initiatives.
Organise internal events and manage presence at 3rd party conferences
Proactively manage expenses and procurement processes for quotes, purchase orders and invoice payment
Qualifications

Impressive interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
High attention to detail & proactive approach
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Whilst Medical Device experience will be valued it is not a pre-requisite.
