The Opportunity

  • Senior Property Manager working across 3 premium commercial assets in Auckland’s CBD

  • Ambitious for the next step in your career

  • Responsible for the overall performance of properties within the portfolio

  • Preparation of the annual business strategy plan, detailed cash flow budgets and the monitoring of those budgets and forecasts

  • Liaising with tenants regarding lease administration and policies/procedures, maintaining close contact regarding business changes

About you:

  • Experienced Commercial Property Manager

  • A property related qualification and proven experience in commercial, industrial, or retail property management

  • Strong experience within lease administration and renewal negotiations highly advantageous

  • A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
