About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer , you’ll play a vital role in supporting our cutting-edge medical equipment. You’ll ensure our customers have seamless technical service through repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting, all while building strong, meaningful relationships with hospital teams and your colleagues.

This role can be based in Christchurch or Auckland – and we welcome applications from mechanics, tradespeople, engineers, or anyone with 2+ years of hands-on technical experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Tackle onsite technical challenges by completing repairs and preventive maintenance on Stryker equipment.

  • Build trust and deliver exceptional service to our customers, becoming their go-to expert for innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive, results-driven environment.

  • Travel extensively, embracing a dynamic and adventurous work life.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring a seamless service experience for every customer.
