Essential Duties and Tasks

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

· Adhere to all safety, health and housekeeping protocols

· Develop and implement policies and procedures governing the receipt, storage and distribution of materials (inbound, outbound, WIP)

· Support the organizations supply chain strategy through maintenance of appropriate inventory levels and timely distribution of goods

· Ensure warehouse operations comply with internal and external regulations for material handling, storage and distribution.

· Track and report inventory

· Develop, communicate and track department metrics that align with Organization

· Responsible to develop, train, and make all personnel decisions within scope

· Adhere to budget and strategic plan

· Collaborate with Manufacturing management, Procurement, Sales, Finance and other departments as needed.

· Ensure all warehouse or material moving equipment is maintained

· All other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree and 5 plus years of experience.

· Effective leadership and management skills.

· Ability to collaborate, motivate, foster teamwork.

· Ability to handle complex issues.

· Solid working knowledge of warehouse processes and related manufacturing.

· Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

· Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

· Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

· Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.

· Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

· Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

  • Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 DOE
