Apply Location RHCC Auburn WA Position Admin Business Support 1-RW0136 Job Description Raymond West is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing Systems team! The Administrative Assistant will support a Raymond West department and perform various general clerical responsibilities including but not limited to some general accounting functions to support the overall operation. Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive. Must maintain project documentation on pending projects Must maintain accurate professional records and files. Will be required to compile information and reports for Management. Report and escalate project issues to management as needed. Perform duties for the Service/Finance/Operations department as directed by management. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business-related events and conversations. Schedule meetings, compose and type correspondence for leadership Must review and route all incoming mail Perform other administrative and clerical duties Manage purchase order distribution Manage, assign, and direct email within the Raymond West customer Inbox Must be able to support Coordination with the receiver's month-end close, and other projects. Must be able to support Accounting with assigned task(s) and special projects Must be able to perform special accounting, financial, or administrative projects as determined by department leadership Coordinate conference and training rooms for meetings. Coordinate for meals and refreshments as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Be able to communicate with all levels of employees, customers, and manufacturers both verbally and in writing. Excellent Organizational Time Management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required Possess strong business math skills. Possess effective listening and questioning skills. Present a clean, neat professional appearance. Be able to manage time effectively. Maintain a professional attitude in all matters. Be willing and able to learn quickly and perform accurately and neatly with a degree of flexibility. Motivated to continuous self-development and training. Self-confident and able to work with minimum supervision Education/Experience: Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position. Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
