Fireside Home Solutions Accounts Payable Clerk in Auburn, Washington
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly
LOCATION: Auburn, WA
WAGE SCALE: $20.00-$23.00
Benefits : Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Review vendor statements to ensure timely payment of invoices
Performs inquiry and posting of invoices, auditing quantity and pricing for accuracy
Verify all invoice coding is accurate for payment processing
Review intercompany statements once a month and address non-current balance timely
Attend periodic team meetings to update on AP Dept. progress
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
Set up new vendors for payment
Ability to work and interact professionally with all levels of the organization and outside vendors
Various other duties and periodic assignments as requested by management
Requirements :
Associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school; or 1+ years of accounts payable experience preferably in the construction or building materials industry with multiple locations.
Hands on experience with SAP is highly preferred but not required.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Regular attendance is required
