Pay Range: Compensation for this position is $1484.80 - $1719.20 per week plus an additional estimated ROA annual compensation of $18,000-$23,000 based on division performance.

Basic Job Functions:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and practices, as well as experience in industrial manufacturing.
The responsibilities of the Reliability Engineer will include but not limited to:
Identify and manage asset reliability risks
Develop and implement reliability improvement plans
Conduct root cause analysis of failures and develop action plans to prevent recurrence
Measure and monitor system reliability
Support the development and maintenance of system documentation
Develop standards and oversee equipment rebuilds to ensure proper materials and practices are followed

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in reliability engineering. Proficiency in reliability analysis tools such as FMEA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in reliability, such as CMRP, CRE, Six Sigma
