DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Residential Care
Mozaic looking for Caregivers, Health Aides, CNAs, or Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals with disabilities who live in residential settings. These caregivers promote positive self-esteem of individuals mainly within a home setting through consistent positive interactions, support, and encouragement. A Direct Support Professional advocates for the rights and needs of residents, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect.
DSP Shifts Available:
Evening : 3 PM to 11 PM (times can fluctuate)
Overnight : 11 PM to 7 AM (times can fluctuate)
We have full-time, part-time and relief positions available!
Direct Support Professional Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or a related field
Valid Driver's License
High School diploma or equivalent required
