Youll need a solid understanding of childcare, curriculum development, and fostering a nurturing environment. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.\ \ Work in a well-run, structured program that emphasizes quality education, work-life balance, and making a meaningful impact. • High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Minimum 1 year of childcare experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and share responsibilities in a structured curriculum environment
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and reliability are essential
• Ability to remain active throughout the day and engage children in hands-on learning
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., dual-language skills) are a plus
• Ability to pass Fingerprinting and Background check

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Pay Rate:\ \
  • \$16\$17 per hour / High School Diploma &childcare experience
  • \$17\$18 per hour / Associates degree
  • \$18\$20 per hour /Bachelors degree
• Start Date: ASAP
