Bonney Staffingis hiring for a variety ofOffice Assistant opportunitiesin thegreater Lewiston/Auburn area! Responsibilities could vary from managing multi-line phones and scheduling to accounting tasks. Other duties may include customer service, maintaining and gathering documentation, and all other office operation tasks as needed. These are full-time, 1st shift openings!\ \ Office Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills and knowledge
- Ability to work in an office environment with sitting and standing involved
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong ability to provide excellent and compassionate customer service to all
- Compassion for people of all backgrounds
- Accounting experience preferred but not required depending on the opportunity
\ Office Assistant Required Skills:\ 1+ years of Customer Service experience\ 1+ years of Office experience\ Word and Excel Experience\ The ability to work independently with little to no direction\ \ Office Assistant Details:
- Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday
- Pay Rate: \$17-\$22/hr
- Start Date: ASAP
