Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Service Technician for an in-house position within our Service Department. This role involves repairing and building hot runner systems for plastic injection machinery. You will work from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM start times for 8-12 hour days, with an additional 6-hour shift on Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM due to high demand. Your day-to-day tasks will include using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical aptitude to build or repair hot runner systems, assessing job requirements, performing necessary services according to protocols, testing for performance, and informing customers of scheduled time frames.
