Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring all aspects of work are carried out ina timelyandaccuratemanner to support customer needs.

  • Run reports to review and research data for clarification or inconsistencies.

  • Follow up with Field Service members for explanations on reporting.

  • Review/approve photossubmittedforaccuratedisplay/placement.

  • Job setup tasks and maintenance for field force execution.

  • Required toassistClient Service team in carrying out all client-directed activities to ensure successful in-store execution by our field force.

  • Assistin helping the Client Service team members in preparing instructional materials to execute projects.

  • Assistwith creating training materials.

  • Effective use of in-house system tools and enhancements.

  • Follow field-level execution and look for opportunities for improvement and support issue resolution.

  • Provide Client Services and Field Operations Team with status updates.

  • Develop post-program recaps and ensure all client deliverables are met ina timelyfashion.

  • Coordinate with Distribution on shipments, mailings, and inventories.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma orequivalent

  • Must be proficent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with an emphasis on strong Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers

  • Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills

  • Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls

  • Superior organizational and time management skills

  • Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly

  • Innovative, creative thinking skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend and stoop continuously and stand for limited periods
