Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk in AUBURN HILLS, Michigan. The role will be within the financial services industry, where you will play a key role in handling and organizing important documents. You will use various software, including Adobe Acrobat and IBM AS/400, to scan and upload documents into system portals.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat to accurately scan documents into system portals.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and organizing documents.
• Use A-Systems and ADP - Financial Services tools for specific tasks.
• Handle inbound calls, providing information and addressing inquiries.
• Ensure the correct filing of all documents in the system using IBM AS/400.
• Use Epic Software for various tasks related to document handling.
• Maintain accurate records of all documents and correspondences.
• Create charts and graphs using About Time software for reporting purposes.
• Respond to correspondence in a timely and detail oriented manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Must have proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for managing digital files and documents.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary for handling financial records.
• Knowledge of A-Systems software is required for efficient data management.
• Familiarity with Epic Software is needed for healthcare-related file management.
• Proficiency in IBM AS/400 is necessary for database management tasks.
• Must be adept at using About Time software for time tracking and project management.
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls for customer service and administrative purposes.
• Must have the ability to create Charts - Graphs for data visualization and reporting.
• Responsible for performing Clerical Duties including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
