Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in Auburn, Alabama. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, primarily through phone interactions. Key responsibilities will include ensuring clients have complete files for their loan applications and swiftly managing a high volume of calls.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to gather and verify all necessary loan application information.

• Efficiently manage a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Conduct background and credit checks as needed prior to client's loan application processing.

• Use customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Coordinate with various departments to expedite the loan application process.

• Track and report on call activity to ensure efficient operations.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws pertaining to loan application processing.

• Assist in other customer service-related tasks as required.

• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that could impede the loan application process.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan application procedures and customer service principles.

Requirements • Proven experience in a Customer Success Specialist role or similar customer service position

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage customer expectations and resolve complaints in a professional manner

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management software and other relevant computer applications

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices

• Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in the customer service field

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
