What You Will Do

The Plant Supply Planning Manager builds the interface between in market supply chain teams, regional organization, and the supply site with the key aim to ensure stock availability of the right products to the right locations at the right cost in the right time. S/He owns all PLAN targets tied to Service, Inventory and Cash. The End-to-End Planning Manager is a key player in the S&OP cycle and drives successful end to end supply chain results. S/He is the link between demand, supply, and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of End 2 End planners and shop floor controllers to ensure stock availability of the right products to the right locations at the right cost in the right time to achieve company’s service targets. The team owns execution of net requirements to the delivery of finished goods to Kenvue distribution centers in the local markets/clusters as well as in Out of region markets.

  • Owns all PLAN targets including but not limited to Service, Inventory and Agility.

  • Responsible for all the activities related to the preparation of production schedules for manufacturing on finished goods and bulk level including short- and long-term capacity management.

  • Develops and implements production planning policies, standards, guidelines, technologies, and procedures to improve overall PLAN maturity.

  • Responsible for the execution of Inventory strategy defined by the regional team being accountable for reaching targets, keeping the markets at the right inventory level and avoid/reduce SLOB.

  • Identify potential supply constraints, works with stakeholders to mitigate/optimize the business risks, timely communicate, and provide information to stakeholders with appropriate scenario planning to enable the right decision making.

  • Partners with in-market supply chain teams, proactively communicates risks and opportunities, gives visibility of short-mid-long term supply to markets, shapes demand and drive successful end to end supply chain results.

  • Collaborates with DELIVER team to make sure that the distribution plan is executed as per market requirements.

  • Leads the site’s agility program through MOQ and lead time reduction, portfolio optimization by working with regional team to delist low performing SKUs for delisting/language-cluster change, site relocation etc.

  • Owns Rough Cut Capacity Planning and Business Planning process at the factory.

  • Represents PLAN community at NPI projects and ensures desired supply chain requirements in terms of capacity and inventory are part of the design of NPIs.

  • Ensures flawless integration of NPI/ROEP into ongoing business, with particular focus on implications in terms of Capacity management (timely reflection in weekly/monthly RCCP) and write off plan definition and execution.

  • Relentlessly works on building team capability by providing clear direction and expectations on deliverables and KPIs, regular feedback and coaching and by making sure proper performance measures, tools and processes are in place and developed according to the business needs.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Master or bachelor’s degree in Exact Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field.8-10 years experiences in Supply Chain Planning (Demand or Supply) and experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Broad based understanding of business operations, with particular focus on manufacturing planning and execution and overall end to end supply chain dynamics.

  • Previous planning experience and knowledge of J&J planning systems is highly desired – either at regional (SAP, APO, SNC) and local level (OMP).

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering against targets and objectives.

  • Strong communicator/influencer with the ability to drive decision-making concisely across the different levels of the organization.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skill with ability to confidently present complex information in English.

  • Consistent track record of challenging the status quo and adapting to change, taking advantage of opportunities to have a positive impact and properly manage risks in accordance with the highest standards of quality and compliance.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to evaluate large amounts of information leading to sound conclusions for effective decision-making.

  • Travel: up to 10% domestically and internationally.
