Accu Staffing Services Administrative Assistant Bilingual SP/EN in Atlantic CIty, New Jersey

Accu Staffing Services is in need of a BILINGUAL SP/EN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to work at our jobs office in Atlantic City. Interested and qualified candidates can email Julie at julie.marrero@accustaffing.com

Essential Functions Customer Service:

  • Consistently maintain a friendly, respectful, professional demeanor.
  • Greet all visitors immediately upon entering the office.
  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and with a smile within third ring.
  • Receive and deliver accurate phone messages to appropriate team members.
  • Return all phone calls in a timely manner.

Communication:

  • Generate daily associate availability logs and share with team members.
  • Schedule interview appointments as needed.
  • Report daily branch numbers from branch flow sheet to Corporate Director.
  • Participate in daily operations meetings.
  • Inquire about open job orders to assist team in placements of available associates.

Onboarding:

  • Ability to search and navigate in-house Applicant Tracking System.
  • Assist in application process for new hires, including set up on computer, verifying and scanning of current IDs and documents, completing Maximus I9s, and assigning applicant to Recruiting Specialist.

Documentation:

  • Ensure accuracy of all documentation.
  • Proper completion of applicant flow sheets, and updated phone number lists.
  • Gather and review weekly hours for associates and email the appropriate person in payroll.
  • Record information and prepare documentation pertaining to payroll issues.

Organization:

  • Manage time efficiently.
  • Assist Recruiting Specialists and Director of Operations throughout the day ensuring all daily operations are consistent and up to company standards.
  • Review and file Outlook emails accordingly.
  • Work area must be neat and clean.
  • Coordinate request for supplies.

Marketing & Sales:

  • Monitor all advertising; this includes Indeed, job boards, and social media.
  • Update Director of Business Development of any sales leads.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school education
  • 1 year past administrative experience
  • Effective communication (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to answer multi-line phones.
  • Possess professional phone etiquette.
  • Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Able to prioritize and plan/organize time in a structured environment.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Team player with ability to work independently and take charge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Operations
