We currently have the following opportunity available - please contact us for more details! Summary Elekta is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will perform Recruitment activities such as resume/candidate screening, as well as provide administrative support to the HR Department, including the new hire onboarding process. In this multi-functional role, you will be one of the main contact persons for candidates and new hires. This position reports to the Manager, HR Administration and will work closely with the HR Administration team on various projects. In this exciting role, you will assist the HR department in carrying out various human resource responsibilities as needed. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for Elektas current and future hiring needs. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. This position is based in the office, located in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities Identify talent for full-time and temporary positions through both traditional and creative sourcing methods including internet research, social media, networking, direct sourcing, associations, and other sources as needed; Handle day-to-day lifecycle recruitment for all support roles, including: sourcing, candidate evaluation/ screening, scheduling, the interview process, reference checks, offer negotiations, closing, and onboarding. Conduct initial phone screens, schedule interviews, conduct in-person interviews, brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews. Create new/approved positions in the HRIS where needed; work with hiring managers to initiate job requisitions for approved, replacement roles and post positions via the ATS. Act as a liaison with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that they are kept up to date on the status of open requisitions, candidate pipeline and active candidate status and expectations. Leverage hiring manager relationships to successfully influence, guide and drive the recruitment process to meet the needs of the business. Maintain the candidate database (Applicant Tracking System), and generate reports/spreadsheets and other recruitment resources. Work with the Manager, HR Administration to develop recruiting plans though identifying and assessing potential candidate sources and make recommendations based on previous success and knowledge of the marketplace including advertisements, direct mail, social media, conferences, school relationships etc. Ensure that a sufficient candidate pipeline is maintained to support current and anticipated resource requirements. Utilize the applicant tracking system and tools to manage the candidate pipeline and ensure qualified candidates are managed through the hiring process. Manage the Employee Referral Program to ensure effective delivery of the program. Assist with items regarding Immigration/Visa Sponsorships/Relocation for new and existing employees as well as the Internship Program. Initiate the New Hire process in the HRIS and coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Prepare Employment Offer Package, Transfer/Promotion letters Consultant Agreements, etc. Understand and enforce the Independent Consultant vetting process. Coordinate travel arrangements for interview candidates via the companys preferred travel agency Coordinate and manage the onboarding process. Send employment documents to new hires and ensure all required emp oyee documents are on file for each employee (offer letters, job descriptions, confidentiality agreements, etc.); conduct a monthly audit with the HR Admin team. Conduct New Hire Orientation Receive (via mail or e-mail), process and submit invoices from vendors (such as temp agencies, legal fees from Immigration Attorneys office, job boards), to the Accounts Payable Department Participate in weekly meetings with the HR Admin team to keep track of various items such as upcoming new hires, transfers/ promotions, terminations and relocation, etc. Send out new hire notifications and initiate background checks Assist the HR Admin. team in the maintenance of our Intranet Site (HR HUB) Attend Recruiting Events and assist Manager, HR Administration with the coordination of Lunch and Learns where required Work closely with the HR Admin team to assist with local, annual activities as needed such as: Annual Open Enrollment/Health Fair Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelors degree required in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field of study. At least 3 years of experience required in high volume, full lifecycle recruiting. Experience recruiting for a various types of positions required. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions. Experience in the recruitment of Military/Veterans and technical positions in the technology/software industry is required. Must have solid experience building a candidate pipeline for hard to fill or frequently filled positions.
