As a member of Graphic Packaging International internal Talent Acquisition team, you will assist in the recruitment of our most important resource: our people. This role is primarily focused on University and Early Career recruiting including internships, rotational programs, and new grad openings. In this position you will work in partnership with the early career program team on all recruiting efforts. This includes candidate sourcing, coordinating in-person and virtual recruiting events, interacting with stakeholders across multiple business units and tracking analytics.
Skills and Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred (4 years' experience in a closely related position).
2 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience in a campus recruiting / university relations role.
Experience using ATS systems to manage full cycle recruiting.
Excellent interpersonal skills; with specific experience in building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Experience working with regionally dispersed teams as well as working independently.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Strong collaboration skills.
Excellence communication skills.
Ability to learn and adapt.
Self-motivated.
Administrative skills.
Time management .
Ability to travel up to 33% of the time.

Pay Range: $50,190.00 - $62,790.00
