Job Title: Supply Chain Senior Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
Position Summary
The Supply Chain Senior Analyst supports NCR Atleos’ global supply chain management team and is a key contributor to the Services Spare Parts organization regarding global inventory management. The Senior Analyst reports to the Business Operations Manager and works closely with the Area Planning Managers to support them in calculating and continuously maintaining the required and correct deployed inventory targets across various geographical regions.
The Supply Chain Senior Analyst role is strongly data driven, but also requires working closely with associates from cross-functional teams on data analyses and operational execution of the programs and reviews.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Analyze international inventory levels across the services organization; perform both scheduled and ad hoc data reviews to optimize actual and targeted stocking levels, whilst still meeting the customers’ Service Level Agreements.
Work closely with management to understand business requirements in different countries and based on that knowledge, provide key input for the global inventory deployment strategy and programs.
Collaborate with other division subject-matter experts to uncover root causes of problems and assist with resolution.
Generate reports, capture information and record data using desktop tools.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of assigned processes and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, or similar field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain analysis
Strong data analytic skills with proficiently in Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL
Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with others
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and flexibility
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
