Supply Chain Manager, Data Centers
The Supply Chain Manager (SCM) will be responsible for securing the continuity of supply of critical infrastructure equipment to support data center construction projects globally. This will be achieved by validating requirements from Design and Construction stakeholders and coordinating with Iron Mountain’s supply base. Iron Mountain’s SCM will have a strong focus on metrics, reporting and management of supply pipelines. The SCM will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for design standardization, forecasting demand and enabling vendor managed inventory (VMI). There will be a strong focus on lead-time reduction, on-time delivery and logistics related initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple suppliers across several geographic regions
Manage and report out on supplier performance, capacity and resource planning
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to reduce lead times
Report out supply chain issues to internal and external stakeholders on a regular cadence
Provide a weekly Production Schedule update to internal stakeholders containing status of all in-flight and delivered equipment
Drive and monitor performance of strategic suppliers, maintaining focus on key performance indicators(KPI’s) that support business objectives
Work with suppliers and engineering team to ensure engineering submittals are reviewed and approved in a timely fashion
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related field
Experienced in developing and implementing standard operating procedures, process documents and workflows
Strong organizational skills; ability to balance several projects concurrently
Builds internal and external relationships; fosters collaboration
Knowledge of logistics processes and ability to identify risk factors
Ability to effectively communicate in small and large group environments
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Email)
Experienced in managing complex data sets and creating reports
Experience in data centers or infrastructure service provider preferred
Applicants must meet all requirements, including customer-consulting requirements which will require US Citizenship

Reasonably expected salary range: $91,100.00 - $121,400.00
