The Coca-Cola Company Strategic Project Manager Intern in Atlanta, Georgia
The Summer Intern will play a crucial role in enhancing the communication strategy, streamlining job descriptions, and improving the digitalization of metrics and dashboards within the TISC department. Reporting directly to the Vice President TISC for NAOU, the intern will gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to the strategic initiatives of the department.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Review and Improve Communication Strategy
Analyze the current communication strategy employed by the TISC department.
Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within the existing strategy.
Develop and recommend actionable steps to enhance internal and external communications.
Collaborate with team members to implement approved recommendations and monitor progress.
- Job Description Review and Repository Creation
Assess all current job descriptions within the TISC department.
Ensure each job description accurately reflects the responsibilities, skills, and qualifications required.
Standardize the format and content of job descriptions for consistency and clarity.
Create a centralized repository for all job descriptions, ensuring easy access and maintenance.
- Metrics and Dashboards Evaluation
Review existing metrics and dashboards used by the TISC department to track performance and outcomes.
Identify areas where information can be digitized and simplified for better accessibility and comprehension.
Recommend and implement approaches to improve the digitalization and simplification of data.
Develop user-friendly dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights for the team.
Educational Requirements & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Engineering, Food Safety, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve communication strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
